Mode of Delivery

ISN Psychology provides face to face teaching as its preferred format for course delivery in the form of lectures and tutorials. In some instances units may have online components to create a blended learning environment. This will be used to enhance the delivery of course content and learning objectives to students for selected units. This is achievable because of the small class sizes for each unit of study. E-learning will be used where appropriate to provide adjunct and external learning spaces to allow the learning outcomes to be assessed and effectively implemented.

In particular skill based learning outcomes can be assessed through e-learning in addition to the more traditional forms of learning.

Information presented on this website is a guide only and students should refer to ISN’s Policies and Procedures Handbook for more detailed information.

Formal recognition by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC)

All ISN Psychology courses are accredited by APAC .

APAC accreditation means degrees are recognised by AHPRA.  Further information about APAC accreditation can be found here.

Academic transcripts and statements

The Testamur (parchment) is an official graduation certificate given to students upon graduation to confirm the completion of their degree at ISN.

Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS)

For those students who do not complete their degree, but have completed some of the accredited units for that degree, a statement of attainment can be obtained:
