After online applications are received, an interview will be conducted with Masters and combined sequence applicants. Students applying for a combined sequence of degrees who are successful at the first stage will be asked to attend a psychometric psychological assessment test to assess their suitability for the field of psychology.

We are currently registering interest of all students wishing to commence degrees with ISN Psychology in 2018. All ISN Psychology courses are conditionally accredited by APAC , meaning that all ISN Psychology degrees are recognised by AHPRA for the purpose of registration as a psychologist in Australia.

Recognition of Prior Learning and Transfer of Credit

ISN will provide credit for any subjects undertaken as part of an APAC-accredited sequence applicable to the current course being undertaken as indicated in ISN’ Policies and Procedures and as referred to in the current APAC standards.

Transfer options between tertiary providers

Students of other universities or higher education providers can transfer into ISN with recognition of prior learning based on ISN policies and regulations.

Deferment of Study

Students accepted into a course of study can apply to defer their course for a period equivalent to 1 year of study only.

International Students

Please note at this stage ISN Psychology can only accept applications from domestic students (Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents). Prospective students with only Permanent Residency may have limited eligibility for FEE-HELP, please refer to Study Assist for more information.

ISN Psychology Application Process

Thank you for your interest in studying at ISN Psychology, round 1 and 2 applications for 2018 have now closed and are being processed. Round 3 applications for Honours are now open. Final formal communication in regards to application outcomes will be sent at the end of January 2018.

  1. All applications have now closed.

  2. Please be aware that we are still at the application stage for FEE HELP and we propose to offer this feature once it becomes available. In the absence of FEE HELP, students are expected to pay tuition fees upfront.
  3. Academic transcript(s) can be uploaded after the release of final year 12 results or university undergraduate results in December – Upload here
